DOULA WORK
I am a Mom and a certified full-spectrum doula, trained by Ancient Song Doula Services in Brooklyn, with a focus on serving all-income communities. I am currently based in New York City, and would love to connect with you as your Doula, and share in your birth story! I am currently offering virtual or in person birth work and/or postpartum doula visits.
As your Doula, I am here to provide emotional and physical support, as well as direct postpartum assistance with your baby so you can recover and get settled. We can also work together to process and reflect upon your birth and postpartum experience, and establish a new or updated routine to welcome your new loved one into your family and home.
In addition to my experience as a certified full-spectrum Doula, I have worked with families in many capacities including preschool teacher, day care instructor, Teaching Artist, and music teacher. I love working with families and helping them grow and learn together. I am also a certified yoga instructor, and often incorporate movement and breathwork into the birth process and postpartum recovery as needed.
